In this post I will talk about voice cloning. Voice cloning has come a long way from the past years, and even to this day AI keeps getting better and better every day. I've tried some voice cloning software and websites and from the past and present. One of those I tried was Lyerbird which is now a part of Dscript, and it once was a website to clone your own voice by recording prompted sentences. You would start out with a minute of speech of yourself, then once your voice has been made, you can make more recordings to better improve the quality of your cloned voice. This was all in beta, but it was decent. They also had an app you could download on your phone (it's no longer on the app store anymore). Back in 2020 they moved it over to DScript. I haven't been posting here in a long time, mainly because I had no ideas for a post, and most of the new posts you saw were from IFTTT so I would still be active here. Today I've been messing around with ChatGPT. It's a new AI model made by OpenAI. You will have a lot of fun with this. I sometimes  ask it to make scripts for radio and TV just to see what it can come up with. I also had it right a book about 2020. Now I asked it to make a script for a episode of Alf, and this is what it came up with. The title of the episode was  Alf's Planet-Exploring Trip. The script reds: Alf, an alien from the planet Melmac, is sitting on his couch, looking bored. He notices a TV remote on the coffee table and picks it up. ALF: (excitedly) Finally, something to do!
